For the treehouse Ørneredet in Iveland, an extraordinary lighting concept was realized, connecting architecture and nature into an immersive experience.

The aim was to create accommodation that clearly stands apart from classic concepts and attracts guests from all over the world with a unique atmosphere. Lighting plays a central role and makes the hut, especially in darkness, a visual highlight in the landscape.

Challenge

The challenge was to develop lighting that can appear both spectacular and restrained. On one hand, a strong visual effect was to be created; on the other, the light had to blend harmoniously into the natural surroundings and create a calm, high-quality atmosphere.

Solution

The lighting concept combines digital control with targeted architectural staging.

1. Integration of digital LED systems
   Use of over 65 meters of LED strips for the dynamic design of the facade and interior.

2. DMX control and scene programming
   Programmed lighting sequences and color changes for different moods and targeted presentations.

3. Sensor-based interaction
   Integration of sensors that automatically trigger light sequences such as a welcome scene.

4. Balance of effect and atmosphere
   Combination of spectacular light scenes and calm basic lighting for a coherent overall experience.

The result is a vibrant lighting concept that turns the hut into a visual experience while also conveying tranquility, exclusivity, and a sense of connection with nature.
